Kathleen Fagan, MD, MPH
Dr. Fagan is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and practiced clinical occupational medicine in Cleveland, Ohio for 25 years. She received her BA in Sociology at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and went on to receive her MD at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH in 1978. She completed her internship and residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL and her MPH at the University of Illinois, School of Public Health. She joined OSHA's Office of Occupational Medicine and Nursing in May of 2009.
Elliot Berger, M.S INCE Board Certified
Elliott H. Berger, MS, is an acoustical consultant, who recently retired as a Division Scientist for 3M. For over 40 years he has studied hearing protection, hearing conservation, and related topics, and authored numerous textbook chapters and peer-reviewed articles. He was the lead editor of prior editions of the AIHA Noise Manual, and is an associate editor of the current 6th edition. He chairs the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) working group on hearing protector attenuation, served on a National Academy of Science committee on hearing loss in the military, is a Fellow of the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and the Acoustical Society of America (ASA), Past President of National Hearing Conservation Association (NHCA), and a past Board Member of the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC). He is also a recipient of NHCA’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jessica Williams, PhD, MA
Dr. Jessica Williams is an Assistant Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the Principal Investigator for the Enterprise Outcome Project at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Center for Work, Health, and Well-being. As part of her work with the Center, she has led the validation and measures of Total Worker Health. Her research is primarily concerned with occupational health in the U.S. She has used both national samples and local ones to address the health and well-being of different types of workers.
Larry Johnson, MA, CSP
For twenty six years, Larry has helped organizations build more productive and profitable working cultures through the development of strong leaders and dedicated employees. Larry is the co-author of the highly acclaimed, top-selling book, Absolute Honesty: Building a Corporate Culture That Values Straight Talk and Rewards Integrity, as well as Generations Inc.: From Boomers to Linksters, Managing the Friction Between Generations at Work. He has also written more than 40 articles, published in recognized business and association journals. Additionally, Larry has eight years of real life experience as a manager in private sector health care, three years as a manager in city government, and 26 years as president of his own consulting firm.
