Workplace mental health resources are remarkably underutilized in most U.S. organizations due to limited knowledge or understanding of resources and the high level of stigma surrounding mental illness. This session will enhance existing knowledge and skills surrounding mental health awareness and support in workplace contexts; enhance help-seeking behaviors and/or willingness to seek out resources available through the workplace (e.g., coworker support, leader support, EAP usage).

Identify available workplace resources to incorporate mental health in Total Worker Health programs.
